I’ll give it some credit because the costume looked good out of the package, and the material wasn’t as cheap-feeling as I expected. But the fit was a big problem. I ordered my usual size based on their chart, and it was still way too tight around the shoulders and waist.

The sleeves were also strangely long, so it just sat weird on me overall. I know costumes aren’t always going to fit perfectly, but this one wasn’t really wearable for me. Disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless the sizing gets more reliable

I was kind of excited when I ordered this outfit, but once it showed up, it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. The material felt cheap, and the overall look didn’t match the price tag at all. It looks alright at first glance, but... the fabric is thin and the stitching feels a little loose. Not terrible, just not as nice as I was hoping.

I reached out to support and shared photos, including pictures with the measuring tape, hoping they could help me figure out what went wrong. Instead, the response felt more like they were putting the blame on me, which was frustrating because I had taken the time to be accurate.

After paying that much and waiting for it to be made, I was really disappointed. I didn’t expect perfection, but I did expect something wearable without major fixes. Now I have to spend even more money taking it to someone local for alterations
